Finish The Sentence.

Sunday, March 2, 2008 by messiah1 | Discussion: WinCustomize Talk

The rules:

I'll start a sentence with a word (one word only) and the next poster will finish the sentence.  Then, on a new line, that poster will start a new sentence with one word (one word only please).  The finished sentence can be as long as it needs to be in order to complete the sentence, however, make sure it's only one sentence.  Here we go.

Are you certain?

American English is both an oxymoron and a dialect, the same is true regarding Australian, South African, etc. English.

True, but at least in Oz and S Africa they don't bastardise the English language by dropping the U in words like valour, or replace the letter S with a Z.  First it was the Boston Tea Party, then it was rewriting the English Dictionary... what's next?

A US flag on the face of Big Ben, a statue of GWB on Nelson's Column.... Oprah Winfrey on the British throne?

Anyhow, back to the game....

Learn English correctly and you will never spell incorrectly again... unless you're afflicted by the Zubish

bug.
