This is bugging me also. I got here by searching for a post by TheMasterBaron since I couldn't think of another way of getting to this forum...

You could just go here: Animated Wallpapers, then create a shortcut or add it to your favorites.

The "Read More" link on the dream home page is broken. It takes me to the main forum instead of the animated wallpapers forum.

I've corrected the main bookmark list on the WinCustomize forums. You'll see it under OS Customizatio now.
