Does this bring in new community members
Computer magazines and Stardock

What's interesting is that it's included disk this month has a section for Customization which includes, get this, ObjectDock and WindowBlinds.
How about that sports fans! (I just loved Mel Allen, come on Baseball Spring Training, oh, sorry)I haven't even opened up the magazine to read yet, just had to post this little bit of information. I'm thinking that it more than likely made it onto the Vista magazine disk also.
One can only hope that his type of exposure will bring some new folks to the WinCustomize Community. Now if we can only get them to subscribe, and then try their hand at skinning. I wonder how we can cause that to happen. Gee, maybe if they come here and see some community projects going on or maybe a skinning contest, couldn't hurt.
Hey Brad, you have anything to do with this, come on, come clean now, we want to know.
Here's a link the the magazine home page. I don't think info from the March issue is post there yet.
WWW Link
EDIT: Okay, so I have managed to go through the magazine now, and unfortunatly there is not an in depth write up. On page dedicated to PC Customisation toolkit. WindowBlinds 6.01 and ObjectDock 1.9 shared the page with StartBtn Renamer, Visual Task tips 2.1 and Microangelo Toolset 6.10.8. All the programs are available on the disk as limited trial versions with two other programs, PowerMenu and TaskSwitch XP. Interesting that the last two didn't get a write up in the magazine. The WB and OD write ups on the disk also include a link to the Stardock home page, not the pages for WB and OD, seemed strange to do that.

I changed the title to see if it might spark some interest. By the way this is how I came to the WinCustomize Community. I came across a trial version, believe it was WB 4.5 in a computer magazine.
So what's your opinion, does this bring in new folks to desktop customizing? Did it get you here?

Another mag, PCAnswers had/has a section called 'Extreme Customizing' and quite regularly featured SD software...and links to here [Wincustomize], though there were 'personal issues' with the writer who was often less than complimentary...and was removed [the writer, not the section]...
Still is the only mag I get regularly...
