Just don't ask/get Zubaz of Borg to help with your speeling... his assimilation was not complete and thus has frequent bouts of Zubish/issues with the written word.
The Collective tried an experimental implant, thinking it may have been dyslexia, but that just gave him X-ray vision, which 7 of 9 objected to quite strongly.

I am starkers of Borg... hey kitty, I have just the implant to assist in that endeavour.... going very cheap as well. It was originally designed to make Collective warriors fearless, but was found defective... instead of becoming mean and fearsome, implantees were assimilating daytime soaps and crying during the sad bits.
