TV signal as desktop background

Hmmm... I`ve seen it done twice before. I was wondering how to get your TV signal as your desktop background with windows vista or media center

I don't think you'd wanna do that.... all your CPU would be going to rendering the background. It's not like you stare at it. You could use DeskScapes if you have Vista Ultimate and stuff, of course. idk how it's done, I've seen it done as well but, first point, CPU . Vista already does enough of that
