One thing I would love to see is a reflection option to mimic the Leopard dock. I've seen some web scripts around that pull it off, I dont know if its possible to convert that code (by no means am I a programmer). But that would save us all some time, instead of editing each icon (for the people who like that type of dock anyway).

I'm sure Apple would stop it in its tracks, but a man can dream.

Why would they, they don't have a patent on reflections...do they? I'm with TSA, this would be cool. Also, some of these features would be sweet. Some things I'd like to see for ObjectDock

I thought about it, but then I realized, I have no idea where to start on that... I haven't programmed in years..

eh, i really wanted to. besides the fact that itd be a pain to assign each icon to that docklet just to get reflection, the SDK is C++, which is pretty much chinese to me...
it just be so much handier to have it built in. and i dont doubt that the wizards at stardock can do it.

really hope they incorporate the dock types of the dell dock and impulse dock with complete customization, that would be fantastic.

Ja, I highly doubt apple has a patent on dock reflections. I'd like to see objectdock 2.0 soon , will def. add some oomph to the Stardock line up.

Firefox toolbar themes too please.

That was almost a year ago. Is SD going to work on OD+2 compatibility for Win7? If so, it may be quite a while before we see an OD+2 release, Jun 07? Hopefully sooner (Jan09?) than later, and Zubaz has great hope that it is coming. I agree that it is way overdue, but "soon" is a relative term. And OD+2 would most likely be a PAID for upgrade, not free. No matter, I still  want it.

One last question, was/is SD working on anything in OD+2 like the Win7 Taskbar, with small window popups? I would love to replace the Vista Taskbar with a powerful SD OD+2, allowing me to show Open Windows, Tray, and Quicklaunch, along with the mouseover flyouts for all of the above (which I could personalize with drag & drop). OD+2 could be a dream come true.

Some lags in Stardock development for the desktop and "It will come!"s begin to remind me of Duke Nukem Forever in smal... See DesktopX, RightClick and the list gets longer... Very frustrating...

OD2 is being worked on.  I'd like to see it now too ..  but good things take time.
