WindowBlinds is to View and install THEMES or just click on the .Wba to install
StarDock Central is just to update or install Programs, but is not needed (to update or install Programs) NOT to View Themes or Change Themes
Windowblinds Interface

At any rate more times than not installation of WB's as a stand alone program has caused some folks problems. Installing thru SDC is a much better choice. Always good to give all options so the individual can make their own choices.

Trolling
Insightful
then into my reply (to use WB's interface) would be Theme Manager
--------------
SDC Has Nothing to do with
like I side the WHOLE time is you have to use WindowBlind INTERFACE to apply a theme (SKIN) or to view them.. YOU CAN NOT USE SDC
---------------
now if you did not install SDC
check your E-mail their maybe a link to the enhanced WB
or you may have to request for it..
that is how my brother got WB_Enhanced when he had some individual Programs from Stardock
without using SDC

We are all trying to help this user. Understanding what he actually has installed on his computer determines what approach we take to solving his issue.
For some we believe he doesn't have WindowBlinds installed as he has stated he has uninstalled the trial version. In his other post today it seems that he doesn't have Windowblinds and that he probably purchased a Wincustomize subscription instead.
If he had purchased Windowblinds as initially thought then the recommendation to install Windowblinds using Stardock Central was the correct approach. Once installed then loading the skins would have been as you suggested.
This is not a contest to see who is right and who is wrong. Getting the user up and running is the only priority here.

contact stardock support and they will help you get what you paid for...or maybe even switch products for you if you bought the wrong product.

Back up your skins first to avoid downloading them again!
