Skinners, Artists, Coders, and Testers Needed: Community Suite

Happy Birthday!!

After the success on the Troll Thumping Day Suite some members of the Mother Thumpers are coming together to create the "Happy Birthday Suit(e)".

I envision this suite centered around a DX gadget that counts down to your birthday. On your birthday the gadget will prompt you to download the most recent incarnation of the suite components so for your special day, your desktop will celebrate with you.

At this point we have some components assigned to artists but this is a collaborative project and welcome input and assistance from everyone. Please jump in and help out if you'd like.

I had to do a re-install on my PC and am trying to rebuild what I had of the windowblind. As soon as I get it, I will post.

We'll really need to bust a move if we are going to meet our schedule.

I've been looking at the current crop of themes (mostly based on IRB's work) and we're going to have to be more critical of the submissions if we are going to be successful.  So everyone need to look at their work and make sure it's the very best it can be.  Fun but Functional.

Glad to see something happening here. I am producing but wanted to get a clearer picture of the theme/look we are going for.

It was supposed to look like a 'pop-up' card but I obviously missed the mark on that.

Still working on the blind. Update coming.

Is *that* what that was?  Shadows a bit inconsistant for a pop up.  But otherwise I like the look.

Thanks for being honest. The look being likable ain't good enough though. I was going for something and missed. I'll try again later. Just glad I didn't post it.
