After a reboot I had no problems. Darken, what kind of problems are you having?

Might want to uninstall CFX (and CXP), reboot, install CFX, reboot.

Some replies were sent on  those tickets. The tablet issue with CursorFX has been documented to the developers, they and the software manager of the company are aware of this issue. Please also try out the final build if you haven't already. It is available today.

I just don't like the trails. I had a large variety with CXP now I feel limited. I also believe they should emanate from the rear of the cursor not the leading edge. Everything seems to work as designed from what I can tell, so far.

We do take user requests for features and the like through Support since the forums are about the only place to post them. If you want something changed let us know there or here.

Smoke and magic come from the back.

You can load any CFX trail up in the Cursor editor and move them wherever you want.
[Edit a cursor - File | Open = choose the trail - go to the trail tab - click where the tip of the cursor will be - save]

A problem I am having is in trying to install the update I'm getting an activation error message. I think it is probably due to the fact that initally I had so many problems I had to install & uninstall a whole bunch of times. Must have triggered something in my account.

My problem continues no matter what. I can't use all the cursors I had previously downloaded for CursorXP. I have a lot (over 500 downloaded over the years), but CursorFX crashes whenever I get up to about 400 in CursorFX. Never had a problem in CursoeXP. Support has not been able to resolve the issue so far. Does anyone else have a bunch of cursors installed in FX? If so, does it work?

for fastest activation reset head over to irc.stardock.com and see if someone's around that can help.
Or post a new post called "activation reset Please" or some such thing.

I use WC as my storage medium (instead of my HD) and thus only keep ten or so locally.  Sorry.

Do you mean you just download cursors as you need them rather than store a bunch in the application?

i thought i would clean up my system a little. i uninstalled cfx, cleaned up the registry, then reinstalled cfx(final) within stardock central. it works fine. only thing is it does not show up in windows installed programs list.
