[WIP]: Happy Birthday Suit(e)
Anyone want to take a shot at building it?

I was sayign to myself . .wouldn't it be fun to have a Birthday countdown widget that on your birthday downloaded a WB skin with animated candles on the start panel and icing along the top of window frames with cake on the sides. 
And maybe weather, clock, and calendar widgets.
And then . . while we're there a few docks along the same theme.
It'd be fun to have a game where you had to blow out candles too.
The sutie would look incomplete without a Sidebar of course so maybe we need those too.
Would cursors shaped like a cake server be out of place?
And balloons . . and clowns . . . and . . and . . and . . .
Wallpaper, bootscreen, logon, rightclick, rainlender . . .
But for now . . I think we just need a countdown?
Anyone interested?

Hmm . . wherever two or more are gathered to accomplish a skinning goal . . . sounds like a community project.

what about s Cursor made from a balloon character? Like the twisty dog ones a clown does? it could change shape when animating ?

Downloading a link is actually in teh DX docs. We jsut need to give it a target to download from.

I get the downloading...but how do make it install? Or will it just have the regular pop-up window asking if you want to save or open with windowblinds?

Downloading a link is actually in teh DX docs. We jsut need to give it a target to download from.

I'd have the widget download from the web. That way you always get the current version. And yes, it'd pop the usual dialog to open or save.

And in regards to being a taskmaster . . I can only turn it up from here.
Anyone who wants to start posting sketches or what have you are more than welcom . . then we can start beating them down to get teh reference images for everyoen to work off of.

Well . . let's see . . .if we go with the ballon animal cursor (which I like) we are steppin into a cartoon-y zone. I dig that.
Do we want the whole thing to be balloon-y? Could be fun but also hard to get teh lighting right.
Or do we go with my initial idea of a WB cake a la':
