Try scanning with AVG anti-spyware first. This thing removes lots of stuff, if not you will have to remove manually with Hijackthis

If your anti-spyware program doesn't detect it (you have one?), you can try Trend Micro's online scan or try using HiJack This to remove it. If you try the latter, do a search for removing CID Help for more information.
