styler toolbar glitch/bug

OK whenever I have styler toolbar and a program called visual tooltip on, another image of the toolbar keeps flashing on top of the window when I put my mouse over the explorer in the dock! Same with winflip (3D FLIP) when I press win + tab and the 3D thing happens, the windows where the customized toolbar should be is just black, no icons, no nothing and the image of the toolbar appears on top of the screen!! It works fine without winflip or visual tooltip on though, I mean wtf is happening is anyone else experiencing this?
