Why not use WindowBlinds and post to Wincustomize?  It seems odd to use this site to have folks go to your site, doesn't it?

If the Themes are not made with WindowBlinds, and we need to go to another site, isn't this just an advertisement posted in the forums, especially when they seem to be in direct competition with WindowBlinds? Just asking, I don't want to be wrong.  Hate it when that happens.

Do we know whether these Themes are compatible with Stardock programs?

These msstyles can be imported into windowblinds by SKS5.

Oh. I'm sorry guys. It was not an advertisement. I just wanted to share the themes and wanted your opinions to improve them.

If you guys thins its spamming, please remove this topic. I'll not have any problem.

I do not prefer my XP to look as Vista does. If I did - I still have the original Windowblind that was used by Microsoft to make the theme with originally. Thus with Windowblinds I can change it to that if I choose too. But I dis-like using any kind of MS-STYLES.
Being an MVP for MS you should try your hand at doing a real visual style with our new Skin Studio program to see how close and good you can copy the original design. There are thousands of them in the market now.
Just think you could come accross with a new Avalon design for the next Windows Seven and be either ripped for it or famous. Just depends... you never know how it will go.

I'd have to disagree. This is a skinning oriented site. What he's posting at his site is not included in our libraries so I believe this is the proper method to "show" his talents. If it was a fee based site then I'd probably consider it spamming.

To each his own.......

Lantec . . I've got no problems with his methods . . . I just wish he posted more stuff here as articles or forum posts instead of taking me to a seperate site. . . one more click and I'm lazy.

To each his own.......

Thanks to all of you guys to put your attention to this topic and to spend your time. My intention was not to promote the site. I created themes and I wanted to share them with you all so that I can get your reviews which can help me to make them better.

I posted the site links cause the site contains all descriptions and how to guides which is quite hard to post here.

I'm really sorry if posting msstyles is not allowed here.

And thanks to "Lantec" for getting me right and posting his thoughts.

No need to apologize, you did no wrong.

I'm glad you post here . . You're an asset . . but so many times I have to go offsite for information that could be posted here..

ZubaZ shrugs . . it's all good

Just my opinion but if Wincustomized was to open a small section for Vista Visual Styles this might solve the situation. On Deviant Art there is a section for Windows Vista Visual styles which is not very old and seems to be working very well. Maybe the same could be true here as well....

It is unlikely we will ever open a section for any MSStyle files.

^^ Yep. I can understand it and I'm really feeling sorry that I posted the msstyles. I didnt think about that it'll not be good to post it in Stardock forum which provides the awesome WindowBlinds software.

If these were WindowBlinds skins they would not pass moderation anyway. They are clearly Vista clones, and Microsoft has requested we remove all such items
