Cursor XP seems to acting up

I get this message when switching between cursor sets =\ I discovered the program it turns out that it crashes if I disable the shadow
by the way so far its only a few sets such as the powder, neoalien, lexa and terranove15 as it turns out these all happen to be made by TYCUS it seems that TYCUS may have left out something in the code of his Cursor XP themes
now is there any way for me to leave shadow disabled and still switch between themes?
