Zone Alarm Pro Problems

I have ZoneAlarm Security Suite version:7.0.462.000. I don't use it's antivirus.
I have not been able to get into Frostwire or Stardock IRC. I have tried setting the programs to trusted and allow all the way across. Nothing. Even when I turn off ZA, both programs still tell me 'Blocked by ZoneAlarm'.
Can anyone help with this?

Add irc.stardock.com to the trusted zone. Open IM security/ settings/Advanced. Uncheck Block IRC. (Same with Frostwire)

Have you checked if you windoes firewall is off because that might be why you can't get those programs to work is that they are not allowed by boath firewalls but, you also should only have one firwall running at a time. See if that helps.

Use a diffrent anti viress. Like unistall the one you got and install another one. Like avg anit viress i know for a fact works with all zonealarm programs.

Anyone who writes words like Windoes, viress and Ultimet (from another thread) is likely to be a bit behind...

So, shaking the mouse back and forth really really fast will have no effect at all?
