error login into my wincustomize account in the wincustomize browser

hi,
i purchased and installed the wincustomize browser. i have got an valid account and i am able to login with my e mail adress an my password on the homepage www.wincustomize.com. but permanently i have got problems to login in the wincustomize browser. there is the message: "error login into your wincustomize account".
i am not sure, if it is important, but i always purchased object desktop (with the same e mail adress and password as the wincustomize browser. and it is the second time i purchased these products. the first time was in 2004)
it would be very nice, if someone could help me,
