Cursor XP

I have a pretty big problem with this, everytime i change my cursor, whenever I hover above my desktop everything refreshes and any current window closes. Whats up with this?

Beyond a restart/reinstall of the software I would highly suggest starting a ticket with us as MeliBee suggested.
