Top bar doesn't change

How do i get these to change to the theme there supposed to be?

Common issue with FF, restore then maximize window and titlebar should show up.

it's working correctly for me
open WB configure
click the system info tab
click the copy text button
right click here and paste the info
open WB configure
click the system info tab
