god dammit , every time i download a different software to make my own customization studio dock is like " you have to download this and that" man wth have to download way to many things had to wait all day to download window blinds and yet again i want to make my own i have to dl skin studio!!!

Why did you have to wait all day to DL windowblinds? Also Im a bit confused by what "customization studio dock" is referring to... Most customization software doesn't require additional pieces of software (or even runtime libraries) so I'm not really sure what the problem is. If you posted a description of exactly what you are trying to accomplish, I'm sure someone could help you and point you to what program(s) you need.
