For anyone interested, XP SP3 Beta is available for download now. I haven't tried it out, but am in the process of dl'ing it as we speak. I'll let you know what I think!

have had SP3 running for about 2 weeks now and have noticed no irregular issues.
in fact my pc performance has actually improved. all stardock apps are working as they should. i recommend that those who don't have it get it.

The SP3 RC is definitely worth it. I haven't had any problems at all, and system response is actually a bit quicker.

But if someone has a pirate version of xp how it'll go on ??? i mean SP3 can be installed on that versin ????

they don't deserve to use the service packs, may their version of windows explode and melt the monitor and hardrive it's installed on

sAARGe.....I don't think SP3 would work. It has to be an authentic version. Plus, I have to agree with Nimbin on this. Crackheads (just my name for pirates) suck!

Couldn't resist the SP3 allure. Went smooth. Watched most of Torchwood while it was installing. So far it's fine. Actually seems to be a bit quicker. Will keep you all posted if there are any problems.
