IconPackager changes attribute to System?

When I apply an icon package using IconPackager, The attributes of the "My Music", "My Pictures" and "My Videos" folders get changed. They go from normal folders to System folders.
This change in attributes affects a couple of my programs, namely Adobe Encore DVD 2.0 and XYplorer. What happens is that the System attribute makes those folders invisible in the affected programs. I have to manually change the attributes of the folders back to normal.
Is there a way to force IP to *not* change the attributes of the "My..." folders?
