Flex 3 and Flash CS3 (9v) as Flash Player with parsing events..

Hey guys,
How do i find correct events by DesktopX 3.x and correct functions by DesktopX 3.x?
But i need all correct functions and events! A Flash player 9.x will to work with DesktopX once Visual Studio 2008 Basic Pro or Express, Team..
I want to work that AS3-Compalitaty with Visual Basic Script.
I believe that i sould *.jsp or *.aspx??
I have worked my sample for DesktopX, but it has maybe this error. Why did it not work?
Or I have created worng?
Importants: Resize, Events, Functions and more.. must to show if i need to know. I will to create a new library for DesktopX or new plugin for DesktopX with change correct version of Flash Player....
