How to Configure Deskscapes

Tuesday, December 25, 2007 by schnel | Discussion: DeskScapes

Sorry, I should have been paying closer attention. When I selected my first DeskScape, there was a message indicating that the program automatically configured itself for my computer and described how to configure it manually. I would like to do that now, but can't see how! There's nothing in the DeskScapes control panel nor could I find anything in the Windows control panel.

Specifically, I'd like to configure DeskScapes to always play the deskstop video regardless of whether all windows are minimized or not. (I have two monitors, one of which always has Outlook maximized on it; as a result, my DeskScape desktop doesn't play unless I manually right-click it and tell it to play.)

Thanks.

I don't run deskscapes, I'm on XP, but if there is no configure options when you open it, the easiest way may be to just uninstall it reboot and reinstall through SDC. You don't have to uninstall any dreams that you have downloaded.

I tried that. I even did a system restore. But I couldn't get the message to return.

Well that is strange. Hopefully someone who is familiar with deskscapes with stop by and provide the solution.
