ODZip.dll ?

When I tried to download skins and themes, the popup came out, reading 'Failed to load ODZip.dll. I reinstalled the application and did the same, but always failed to download. My reinstallation seems to have failed just five times. Any solution to get the application to work wee? Thank you. Takashi in Japan.
