Making a boot skin

Hey, is there a way to turn a drawing my sister drew into a boot screen.? And if so, what program do i use.

Try Bootskin buddy for making the bootskin. Saves you the trouble of making the bootskin.ini file

Bootskin Buddy...wont let you make a bad bootskin.
