selecting items in dropdown menus

i have vista home premium. using the free version of cursorfx. using a cfx cursor when i try to select an item from a dropdown menu on any website nothing happens. it does work with the windows default cursor. i take this to be a bug.

If it continues post to CursorFX Beta 1 Bug reports
Make sure to provide the URL of the web page, the cursor you are using, any effects you are using, OS, etc
