ya im still a little new to the skinning so i was trying 2 skin and it wont work when i double click the file it says file cannot be found or open or wat ever is there something i have 2 downlaod or do? cuz its done it for 3 files ive tried

ok i got the icons working D: im runnnig on vista btw so its harder D: but anyone know how 2 skin short cuts? cuz when i skin everything skins jsut the short cuts look the same and have a wierd icon infront of ti and its ugly D:
