No Icon package found!

Sunday, December 9, 2007 by blackdeagle | Discussion: Icons

Hi,

Yesterday I have downloaded this KDE Package and installed it successfully. Today I downloaded three other packages (this, this and this) but no one of the three packages worked! IconPackager always said:

Error: No icon package was found in file:

C:\downloads\crystalMX-v3.ip

Please try again with a different package

Can someone confirm these broken packages ? Or is it my IconPackager which is broken?

I use IconPackager v3.20 (x86) and Windows XP Home SP2.

They all download as a zip file, you need to extract the zip then double click the .ip file to install them.

Hey you are right! Renaming to ".zip" helped! Why does my browser downloaded it as a .ip file ??
Thank you!

They download as a zip file for me, using both IE7 and FF 2.0.0.11.

the extension here are renamed .zips

soemtimes once you tell a browser a zip is really something else (.zip is really .ip for example) they sometimes get confused and call all zips ips
