It never occured to me to use percentages in object width. I also never attempted to fiddle with the 'Adjust Position depending on screen resolution' settings in the Relation tab.
This helps alot!

It would have been nice to have the taskbar included. Even with blank images.

UPDATE: Add a new theme (3) with taskbar: task, start button, systray, clock, quick launch button...
Note for Vista user: Systray don't work for now.
