CPU running at 100% - assistance required!

One of my cpu's sometimes runs at 100%. Don't know why  Process explorer show the following:

The only way I've found out of this is to re-boot. Any other solutions are welcome

hm.. My CPU hits 100% almost all the time...and I watch Process Explorer lot of time but I never see Interrupts goes that high on mine... maybe you have hardware/driver problem...?? Just a wild guess

System Idle Process at 50.76 means that 50.76 is FREE. The hog in your screenshot is Interrupts. You may have a driver problem going on.
Has it always been this way, or did it just start. Did you recently install new hardware?
It's either drivers or virus.
