Taskbar will NOT skin.

My taskbar will not skin away from classic.
I have windows XP and a pretty recent computer so there's no issue with that.
The colors of the classic taskbar change, but the taskbar itself does not.
It also does not change when I try to change my computer theme in the normal properties to windows XP.
I have patched the uxtheme.dll (or .ddl, I can't remember) to incorperate 3rd party visual themes.
I need a fix for this, it's very bothersome.

Check under the settings menu of WindowBlinds. Then under the settings tab make sure the "ignore the taskbar...." check box isn't checked.
If that isn't the case what skin are you using?

I saw this, but no mention of WB.
I don't think OP is using WB.
