How to Use Subpackages

I have a question regarding IconPackager. My problem is I am trying to get IconPackager to recognize that I am using a IconPackage theme that has subpackages. Whenever I load this package and it shows me the column where there are supposed to be subpackages, there is nothing there. I know I got this to work one time before and I don't even know how the problem came about to begin with but I ended up having to reinstall the theme again but I must have forgot the right way to get IP to recognize the subpackages. I would appreciate some help. Thank you.
