Doesn't change theme/ Goes to clasic theme when i choose.

Hi, I'm new to all this, my friend told me about all the cool themes, so i thought i would give it a try, i download and install the free version of window blinds. Then i get to the part where i choose the theme i want, so i click the "Leo Stardock design" and click apply skin. After about 10 seconds of applying it goes into the classic version of windows "Windows Classic" I had it working yesterday but then i had to reinstall it. I got it from this website so its no crack or anything dodgey.

open WB configuration
click the 'system info' tab
click the 'copy text' button
right click in a reply and 'paste' the info here
should look something like:
WindowBlinds version : WindowBlinds 6.01 (build 40 x86)
WindowBlinds is installed correctly on this PC
WindowBlinds appears to be activated on this PC
Your machine supports per pixel borders on WindowBlinds skins.
(hp pavilion f50) 1 is attached to NVIDIA GeForce4 MX 440 with AGP8X
Wblind.dll _____ date/time
Wbsrv.dll ______ date/time
Wbconfig.exe ___ date/time
Wbload.exe _____ date/time
Wbhelp.dll _____ date/time
Wbui.dll _______ date/time
Tray.dll _______ date/time
Screen.exe _____ date/time
