jpg file

I am fairly new to downloading and installing skins but have no problems with wba files but how do you load a jpg file. I am using WindowBlinds 6.

Are you looking in the Screenshot Gallery? Those are shots that people have taken of their set up. Many include descriptions of the applications they are running along with the skins they have applies to give a specific look.

.jpg is an image file.... for example a wallpaper.
