Is it possible to extract and modify a visual style packaged in a suite?

Use WB6 to change colours, transparency, etc.

Hi all,

My first question here (have only been using the Stardock software for ~1 week).

Is it possible to tweak a visual style packaged in a suite? Such styles seem to be hidden from WB6, so how would you modify the elements as you would with a stand-alone visual style?

I'm hoping there is an option that I haven't found yet, and that it's not a restriction with suites.

Thanks!

If you are referring to a '.suite' extension, you can usually change the extension to '.zip' and extract the contents.

You will then have one of the following:

1 - a number of folders with the individual suite program skins

2 - a list of web addresses where the specific individual program skin is downloaded from

Good luck.

That was surprisingly easy, thx! Changed to .zip and installed with Windows Blinds. Now... let the tweaking begin
