Hello,
I have a problem with the sound utility.
For testing I installed die package "toon-effects".
Then I go back to "Windows-standard" - but one sound from toon is always active.
When I "open/close" a folder at the explorer-window, the system plays the sound >>> RISEHIGH.wav.
(It's a very hard sound and nerves.)
I search a way to deactive them, but I don't no how /where??
Please help me .......

I would also email [email protected] so they can know about and fix this problem for others

Hi,
I know this way, but this option is not inside.
I'm looking for ~ Open Folder in an explorer window
(That is the point with the sound)
It's also impossible to change or delete the sound in the media folder, because this file is open.

I have the same problem, micado, I get the ploppy sound when I open folders...strangley only folders and shortcuts on the desktop, but there is no reference to the sound in my sound scheme list (in control panel). So I'm just stuck with this endless ' toilet noise' 
and the joke wore off ages ago. Changing scheme doesn't change anything nor does deleting the aquarium pack. 
If anyone hears of an answer, please post it. Now it's back to work for me, ....PLOP (

Please list your full system specifications including;
Operating System (and version)
Latest Service Pack Installed
Language the computer is setup for
Processor Type and Speed
System Memory
SoundCard Make/Model

Alright, I've sorted it out, and I'm very embarrassed 
So micado here may lie your problem...... IconX are you using it?
You, as I did, probably fiddled with the sounds in IconX and forgot all about it.
Just have a look and for a quick check unload the sucker altogether.
I find it has a huge memory leak anyway, (no offense to anyone who made it)
even though it has a few neat features
SO that's all for now ......PLOP, sorry that was me that time.
