Turn off sounds

So, I renewed my object desktop, and now am running Windowblinds 6.
so, I have an issue here with wb6
In the config menu of wb, after unchecking use skins sounds if included or whatever, it does not stick so to speak.
Meaning, if a skin has annoying sounds, and I choose to overide that (no sounds) the sounds still play anyway.
I'm kinda ticked off at this. Is this ever going to be corrected?

bilbo is quite correct. Simply remove the sound files and you are clear. This suggestion has already been forwarded to the higher ups.
