DeviantART take severals reports, days and a mail to take care of the last ripper
from their policy:
What Happens When You Submit Infringing Works to deviantART?
When we become aware that a deviantART submission infringes upon the copyrights of another artist, creative person or company, we will immediately delete it. This is a legal requirement which we fulfill immediately; you will not receive an advanced warning and you will not be given an opportunity to 'fix it'. Any copyright owner following the procedures in this Copyright Policy can require deviantART to remove his or her copyrighted content.
If you believe that a submission on deviantART infringes upon your copyright you may either report the submission using our internal reporting system or send us a copyright notice via email. A member of staff will review your notice and resolve the situation.
If you believe that one of your submissions was removed in error you may contact our helpdesk or otherwise file a counter notice. A member of staff will be made available to you so that the situation can be properly resolved.
If you are found to repeatedly post infringing content your account will be suspended and serious offenders will have their account banned and deactivated. If you are found deliberately misrepresenting the copyrighted work of another as your own your account will be immediately banned and deactivated.
so be patient and wait a little they will take care of a guy who say he is stardock design and he has made Solarion

You'd need to put your name over most of the screenshot in order to make it not worth someones time to just photoshop it out...plus, if someone has the skin, they can just make their own screenshot, no problem there. You will never completely stop folks from doing this sort of thing, but the good members of the community can always do their part by reporting violations and standing together against evil and tyranny (ok, that was a bit much wasn't it
)He's being hammered by folks now, and it's only a matter of time before the good folks at DA delete his digital DA existence.

Well! The little twerp hasn't complied with requests to take down the rips...and when DA is taking it goddam sweet time, tempers are naturally gonna flare over an issue so passionate.
Now I'll go take those meds I was supposed to have taken earlier....seriously!

Yup, looked just moments ago, his gallery is empty and he's no longer a DA member.

Sorry 'bout that!! My mistake...was looking at Gunner's page, the other ripper we reported several days ago, and got totally bamboozled.
....darned insomnia has me seeing stuff all wrong/crosseyed.

Halloween? Not like that's a major holiday here, ya know? Just a day to give out candy, put on costumes, and make killer skins (thanks all you REAL skinners who put your time and effort in for those, btw). And it's no excuse. What's wrong is wrong.

Yes, it can be frustrating to wait for the reaction of the DA-mods. Why not take a step back, breathe deeply, count until ten and then formulate the legitimate complaint in such a way that the message is still clear but the used language does not show the comment-poster in a bad light as well?

If people then signpost themselves as being/having come from a particular website it can also reflect poorly on that site.
I disagree. The point being that we wouldn't have to resort to these tactics on this site because it would have been dealt with quickly and efficently, and everyone would be happy. I make no apologies for the things I said, (the hardest word I used was "shit") we are real people with real feelings and, as in real life, when someone steals from us or offends us we can react in quite a different way to what is perceived as our normal persona. I'm quite a friendly, helpful, gentle person 99% of the time, but cross me and I'll get all medieval on your ass!
I was a moderator on this site for a long time, so I know what goes on behind the scenes, and that knowledge leads me to believe that DeviantArt are failing their artists and community in situations like this.
(Oh, and this is the SECOND time in a week that I was ripped at DeviantArt)

However take my congratulations. This is a great victory!

Not quite, he is still there complete with rips.
Yesterday I sent a polite e-mail to the site staff asking why these items had not yet been removed despite a number of policy violation reports being submitted. I have not yet received an answer, maybe there is no-one there?
It would be a good idea to only leave polite comments, being abusive serves no purpose. The community is strong enough to prevail without letting ourselves down.
