Major is when OD takes your wife and kids and runs off to Mexico leaving you with the cat that you never liked anyway; you just got it for the lying, cheating wife and now you have the gross smell of cat food on your finger from when you opened the can and when you eat you smell that smell and want to vomit and that reminds you how much you hate the cat and the pool guy that's with your wife and kids on the beach and they are calling *him* daddy even though they are living off the money you made before she took all the money out and you ended up bouncing checks all over because you didn't know you were out of money and now the cat wants out.
You poor, poor man.

Daaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaamn!!!
Anyway, I'm wondering what happens after you attempted to reset or change the image? Also, have you just simply deleted the docklet and re-created another one?
These OD docklets associate to what ever you want very consistantly. Whereas this sounds like a program association issue.
I'd delete the docklet and create a new association to the Outlook.exe and first see if the default icon appears and that it does launch the application.
From there you can determine if you're having a problem with your app.
If all goes well you should be able to associate the application with the image of your choice.
Hope this helps.
Just curious...

I feel for you, brother. So much so, I am willing to do you this favor. I think what the cat needs is company. If you send me an address, I will spring for the bus tickets and send the boys out. They can stay as LONG as you like. I INSIST. REALLY. I can mange just fine without 'em forev..I mean for a while. Yeah. That's the ticket.

Are you certain that you're pointing to the Outlook.exe?
And if you are, when you click on it, does it launch Outlook?
Verify that Outlook.exe is working correctly. I'm sure you've quadtriple checked, but this is most curious since I use Outlook as well, and I never had a problem with the application launching with any image or docklet.

Go to the directory for the program and create a shortcut for that .exe right there in the directory. The drag this onto the dock.

Not yet you haven't.
Close ODock.
Browse to C:\Documents and Settings\Owner\Local Settings\Application Data\Stardock or your equivalent
delete the Object Dock folder
run Object Dock and start over

That happened to me with OD .75n.
Sucked.
Have you restarted OD? Is it still there when you restart?
