StartPanel's height is not resized.
and there is 1 more problem

1. Though I remove all items on program list & place list, Startpanel's height is not resized.
2. There is 1 more problem. startbutton is blinking randomly.
and When I set 'Auto hide Taskbar', Taskbar is blinking continuously.
What the hell with me.

If your on Vista the Start Panel will only shrink so small.

Yes, It's on Windows Vista 32bit.
Check the picture that I upload. I can't reduce the height.
I'm not touch with SkinStudio. I'm not anything.
and How about blinking problem? any idea?
I was tring to exit all programs without Eset Smart Security.
I don't know how can I exit it. on Windows Task Manager, End Process it. but It's still alive.
Anyway... I exit all programs I can. but taskbar & startbutton are still blinking.
