What (are you having)/(did you have)?

Yes I know, I know I should eat a hearty breakfast but have tried for years and just not able to do it.
And if I do eat cereal I prefer to eat it at night as a snack. Plain old Cap'n Crunch is my favorite.

- too funny
... and yes I definitely prefer women but I will not admit to trying camels so I really can't make an informed comparison
- I had pizza, it was good.
... cold, right out of the fridge still neatly stored in it's pizza box.

"Breakfast is the main meal of the day, beginning upon arising, continuing until retiring, with a short pause for lunch, and again at supper."

Tomorrow I'm having a bacon sandwich.
The diet can bollocks - my last cholesterol test came out at 3.4, so bacon is on the menu

- lucky you, I've been hovering between 6.5 & 7 for the past couple of years which sucks because I'm "relatively" young, I think lipitor will be on my menu unless I can get it under control
- oh yeah, I washed that pizza down with some espresso coffee, espresso every morning, that's the ritual - the food itself will change on a daily basis but I must always have my espresso every morning... mmmm.... black gold!!!
