Problems with site downloading?

I'm using WinXP SP2, IE7 and when I try to start a download from Wincustomize it tells me it cannot locate the file on the server and this is with several files I tried out just to make sure it wasn't a problem with a specific file. Then I look at the daily downloads and on one I see it was downloaded 16 times, but it won't let me download.
Also I have an issue with downloading Windows Blinds 6 from Stardock Central. I click to update from WB5 to WB6 and it gives me an error saying.
"There was an error auto archiving WindowBlinds 6. The following error occured:
Load: C:\Program Files\Stardock\SDCentral\installed\wb6.xml 0 (file not found)
Result: Auto Archive failed (13)
Would you like to continue with the installation of WindowBlinds 6?"
-- So I click yes, and then...
It tries to validate software before downloading and then it counts down from 3 seconds 5 different times and pops up this error message.
There was an error installing WindowBlinds 6. The following error occured:
Load: C:\Program Files\Stardock\SDCentral\installed\wb6.xml 0 (file not found)
Result: Auto Archive Failed (13)

I purchased Window Blinds 5 and Object Desktop so WB6 should be covered, right? Also I had no problems downloading the other stardock software.

As for downloading from WC, it seems we are having server issues, and they are currently being looked at.
