Site display is really messed up

Whoever is doing Stardock's website is obviously not the same person as the people who wrote WindowBlinds.  They are using some kind of fixed spacing codes that don't adjust with resolution / DPI - a no no, so that the text displays on top of buttons and on top of itself...

Browser, resolution, DPI would also be useful to know.
