Install from disk
Edit in skin studio
Change skin color.( click on this one)a small color changer window will appear.
check Enable custom color support box, and the "Use HSL Based coloring" box.
Now you can use the hue and saturation sliders to adjust the colors to what you like...
when done click the "apply changes" button and wala ur newly recolored WB is applied..

You can check out my Green Lantern black & green wb skin here:
https://www.wincustomize.com/skins.aspx?skinid=6189&libid=1
It's basically my black vista basic wb skin recolored with green accents instead of blue.
Don't like the green lantern - no problem, that skin has a black & green simple substyle included with it which doesn't have any green lantern comic themed elements in it.
Just a simple black & green wb skin. Made for Windows XP & WB5, will also work well in Vista & WB6.
Enjoy!

Now those are some fine skins
Lime green on a black background is excellent!
