iconX plus objectdock plus
having problems

can some one please help I own just about every thing from stardock to make my computer look
different
Having problems with iconX all my icons are around the screen but when I have finished playing a game all my icons finish up in the left hand corner of my screen
AND
I use object dock plus but when I have finished playing a game object dock plus should be in the center of the screen but that go's to the left side of my screen

One solution is that you play with the same resolution of the desktop, or you adjust the desktop resolution to the resolution of your games.
In example:
Desktop Resolution: 1280x1024 Game Resolution: 1280x1024 <--Good Config.
Desktop Resolution: 1600x1200 Game Resolution: 1280x1024 <--Bad Config.
This is because the object dock & iconx take the game resolution when you play and not restore when you back to the Desktop.

Some older games have a start up screen at 640x480. It doesn't matter what resolution you set in game, the icons will still get moved around.
I get this with Total Annihilation, which I run at 1280x1024 same as my screen. Still messes up my icons.

Thanks for your replies have tried altering the screen resolution to match the games but some times I cannot do that
It does help with screen and game resolution being the same
Object dock plus is easy to put right
but with iconX I have to move all the icons from the top left corner back to around the screen

I am unaware of a fix for this other than closing both apps before playing.
