Can someone make me this Animated

I have this new Desktop Wallpaper.

I wish it would be animated. Dont know how, but maybe its possible?

1. Looks impossible to animate without having the original .psd file.
2. I doubt they would let you have that, (as Bichur said).
3. It could be animated as a "Dream", or as an animated DesktopX wallpaper.
4. If you can overcome 1 and 2 above, I will animate it using DesktopX.
5. Don't hold your breath on the permissions.....

I am inclined to agree. Unless you used flash and didn't mind cutting pieces of it apart you would have some serious issues. As far a license goes though it is just best to make a all new one as a "fan" based piece of artwork.

1. i think it would be impossible to make the weels turn with only this jpg file
2. i can make a dream with this by making the lines to change color in some sort of cool way.
3. to make something flow through these lines, it would be almost impossible unless you have the origional paths.
4. since this looks extremly cool, i'm gonna try to do the second way, i may not be able to poast it here, but i can give you somehow.
PS: if i can get my AE working again that is, these stupid adobe CS3 softwares have an installer that takes half hour to install 700MB, and takes half hour to uninstall 200K, so freaking .....
