How to convert a collection of icons to IP theme

I have a collection of icons extracted from an icl file that i would like to use with IP any way to rename or compress so that it can be imported into IP for use?

You could create an icon set through IconPackager. Just start with the default theme and then from the 'Icons and Cursors' section, set up your own customized set, each icon at a time.
Once you're done, just go to File->Save Package As... and you have your own icon set.
