Looping water in Maya

I would like to creat some new water dreams but I can't seem to find a way to get a seemless loop out of water in Maya. Any suggestions?

I don't know Maya, but you could try rendering just the water to a video file. Then you need an application fade the end of the video into the beginning. Then somehow use this footage in Maya instead of the original water.

Any suggestions as to what program might do that cool fade in and out? I'm not finding much in my research save for a long job compositor.

If you just want a fade effect on a video clip then something as simple as Windows Movie Maker or Premiere Elements should do the trick.

More like a blend or morph

Yes, I meant blend by fading one out the end while fading in the beginning. Not fade out to black and then back in.
