WindowBlind 6 won't Load Skins...

WindowBlinds is installed correctly on this PC
WindowBlinds appears to be activated on this PC
Your machine supports per pixel borders on WindowBlinds skins.
(Plug and Play Monitor) 1 is attached to Intel(R) 82845G/GL/GE/PE/GV Graphics Controller

Just reformatted my PC.. and when I try to change my skin(With Windowblind) it loads the Classic one instead.
Tried everyone...Need a little help here

You've cut off the first few lines of your sysinfo. It might be critical. I'd repost.

What's the WindowBlinds version line say? - and is it from a standalone download or through the Stardock Central Browser?
