I was expirimenting with desktopx and made an object, changed it to a widget. So I closed the object properties to update it and now its floating around and i cant select it! How do I get it off?

Whenever you turn DesktopX on - whatever object or theme was up last will be there unless you clear your desktop.

Right click on the DesktopX icon in sys tray ( Be in builder mode like bichur stated ) select " New Desk top "
Save current changes " No "
Reset Desktop settings " Yes "

Now you start off with nothing on desktop next time you open DesktopX

Phew, that's a relief! Saw the title and thought you might be advocating a new stripping fad or something.
